The Basics
Must be a resident of Kentucky.
Must be at least 18 years old. (Minors can qualify with parental or guardian consent.)
Cannot have been convicted of a disqualifying felony offense. (Exceptions exist for individuals with felony drug convictions. Detailed information is available through Team Kentucky's Medical Cannabis Program.)
Must obtain a medical cannabis certification.
Certification must be from a board-certified physician or nurse practitioner.
